Information on Denn Resource Centre

Denn Resource centre is modern community owned building in the village of Crosskeys, Co. Cavan.  The Resource Centre is managed by Denn Development Ltd. and facilitates a broad range of community activities and organisations.  Denn Resource Centre was officially opened by President McAleese in October 2002 and has since become a focal point for community activity in the area.  

Location/Directions

Denn Resource Centre is located on the Ballyjamesduff/Cavan Road in Crosskeys Village, Co Cavan.  It is only ten minutes drive from the Cavan/ Dublin Road (N3) – just take the first junction right, immediately after The Lavey Inn, if you are coming from the Cootehill, Bailieborough, or Cavan direction.  If you are coming from the Dublin/Virginia  direction turn left at Lavey Hardware (signposted Crosskeys).

Denn Resource Centre accommodates activities to cater for all ages in the local and broader community including:

Denn Toddlers Playschool

Denn Age and Opportunity Club

Foroige Club

25 Card Game (Wednesdays at 9.00 pm during the Autumn/Spring period)

Whist (on alternate Friday nights)

VEC Night Classes

Denn Resource Centre has rooms that accommodate up to 100 people for training course, meetings, family occasions and other one off events.
